The Finelis DNA and the cooking recipe or the restaurant experience

The “challenge” since March 2020 in a Covid-19 or post-Covid19 context, where most companies are more used to communicating via videoconferencing than face-to-face meetings, is to UNDERSTAND the psychology of customers and prospects.

Already in our December 2018 BFM video, I was already talking about “cooking recipes”…it’s time to update our own recipes 5 years later! The “challenge” is not to have the best tools and the best people, but to understand your customers and prospects.
