And very often, our clients call upon our 2 types of activities (Coaching & Execution) in full transparency in order to meet increasingly complex, always human and above all moving objectives and challenges…
In 2023
Commercial outsourcing
In 2023, qualitative sales outsourcing à la carte was born
with Finelis “Sales as a service” and/or Finelis Coaching…
And it seems that most of our 2022 clients are looking to delegate all or part of their Sales Management given the average salary level of Sales and/or Marketing Managers with 20-25 years of experience.
All of them tell us: “We can find freelance experts on the known platforms but there is little chance that these expert profiles have 360 degree experience on Sales, Marketing and CRM topics and sufficient “field” experience
pre and post Covid19.”
They add: “Moreover, each of these three activities is becoming complex and it is preferable for us, less risky and less costly in terms of money and internal resources, to delegate these seemingly “siloed” but in reality strategic subjects to an expert company. Slowly but surely…”

Depending on the nature of the project, we deploy many tools, particularly digital tools such as CRM, which is very central.
We focus on the issue of visibility and ROI of each one, for the end client and its main users.

Over the past 15 years, we have listed 72 “competitors”, 3 out of 4 of which are in Europe.
We only found 2 companies in direct competition and even then, we realised that they were competitors, but neither on the same languages nor on the same type of solution (we work in particular for clients with relatively expensive products and services and whose sales cycle is generally always longer than 6 months).
