How long we keep your personal data

A reply will be sent to you within a maximum of one (1) month following the date of receipt of your request. If necessary, this period may be extended by two (2) months by Finelis SARL, which will inform you of this in view of the complexity and/or number of requests.
In the event of a request for deletion of your personal data and/or in the event of the exercise of your right to request the deletion of your personal data, Finelis SARL may nevertheless retain them in the form of intermediate archiving for the period necessary to comply with its legal obligations, or for evidential purposes during the applicable limitation period.
